1. Agreement 

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from DZ Development, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Failure to comply may result in revoked access without refund.

2. Refunds

By purchasing from DZ Development, you acknowledge and agree to the Refund Policy.

Digital products are non-returnable and generally non-refundable.

3. Support

 Support is provided at our discretion.

We reserve the right to deny support if:

You are abusive/toxic

You modified files incorrectly

You removed protections

You use leaked copies

Your issue is caused by third-party resources

4. Product Updates

Products may receive updates, changes, or discontinued support at any time.

DZ Development is not obligated to:

 Continue updates forever

Add requested features

Maintain compatibility with every framework/version

5. Server Responsibility 

It is your responsibility to:

Ensure compatibility

Create backups

Configure products correctly

Understand basic server setup

We are not responsible for:

Server damage

Data loss

Economy damage

Conflicts caused by other scripts

6. Prohibited Conduct

 You may not: 

Reverse engineer products 

Attempt to bypass licensing

Share assets publicly/private

Use products for illegal activity

Impersonate DZ Development staff 

Any violation may result in permanent termination of access. 

7. Chargebacks & Fraud 

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized disputes, or chargebacks will result in: 

Permanent blacklist

Revoked product access 

Account bans

Evidence submission to Tebex/payment providers 

8. Changes to Terms 

DZ Development reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. 

Continued use of products constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Transfers

If you transfer your asset to another account, You are no longer able to access/download that asset.

Assets are only transferable ONCE
