How do I receive my purchase?

After payment is completed through Tebex, your product will automatically be delivered to your CFX Portal.

 Do your scripts support ESX / QBCore / Qbox?

Framework support varies depending on the product. Supported frameworks are listed on each product page before purchase.

Will you install the script for me? 

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, No. We will offer support in the discord, But dont expect it to be a full tutorial!

Do you offer custom development?

 Occasionally, depending on workload and project size. Open a ticket in Discord for enquiries. 

My script is not working. What do I do?

1.  Read the installation guide carefully 

2. Ensure dependencies are installed 

3. Check server console errors 

4. Open a support ticket with logs/screenshots 

Can I share my purchase with friends or another server?

 No. All purchases are licensed to a single customer/server unless explicitly stated otherwise or transfered.

Sharing, leaking, reselling, or redistributing any DZ Development product is strictly prohibited.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.

Can I leak/edit/resell your scripts? 

No, Leaking, redistributing, reselling, or claiming ownership of DZ Development assets will result in: 

Permanent blacklist

Tebex ban

Discord/server ban

What happens if I chargeback?

Any fraudulent dispute or chargeback will result in:

Permanent blacklist

Revoked access to all products

Ban from all DZ Development services

Submission of dispute evidence to Tebex/payment providers
