Refunds Will NOT Be Given For:

Changing your mind

Lack of framework knowledge

Failure to read product descriptions

Compatibility issues listed beforehand

Conflicts with third-party resource

Server misconfiguration

Attempting to use unsupported frameworks

Removal from a community/server

Purchase mistakes

Refunds MAY Be Considered If: 

The wrong product was delivered 

The product is completely non-functional with no possible fix 

Duplicate purchases were made accidentally 

Chargebacks 

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support first will result in: 

Permanent blacklist 

Revoked access to all purchases

Ban from Discord/services

Fraud reports submitted with evidence
